Sharing some photography of beautiful sceneries during our attempt to visit the MT. DIABLO in Northern part of California.
Last weekend, I decided to have a gateaway together with my girls to vent out from a toxic week. Since we are living in the Bay Area of Cali., and this Mt. Diablo is just an hour away, this was perfect for the said plan.
Mount Diablo is a dominant topographic feature in northern California. It was established in 1851 as the initial point of the Mount Diablo Base Line and Meridian for land surveys spanning two-thirds of California and all of Nevada. The mountain’s summit boasts spectacular panoramic views.
While on our way to our destination, fascinating sceneries from our lift and right had captured me already. None of the views were rejected by camera! It was perfect for me for a landscape photography.
What I had seen from our waywas just a portion of the total picture. What I have heard and base on my research, Mt. Diablo has a jaw-dropping panorama view from its peak!.
As you can see in the pictures, it was brown color. It looks like a Desert from the Middle East but not. They are dry grass. That happend during summer and turn green later on.
It was supposed to be a perfect gateaway but to our surprise, it was still close due to the pandemic! The Entrance Gate was still close. It was quite disappointing since it was said open when we checked it online.
Well, we had no choice but to go back home after an hour drive. We have decided to just come back next time. We will definitely come back and explore the said beauty it possesses!
The travel was not void though, I still had the chance to photograph these views along the way.
One of these days, We would schedule a visit again and see what photos I can share here.
Hope you find them interesting!
