Sea water inlets up rivers normally a great place for fish to breed their young, perhaps you Heron is well aware of his food source when to arrive to enjoy when plentiful!

Thanks so much Joan @joanstewart. Yes I often see the heron in the bays and inlets. It always great to see them back here. Soon the hummingbirds will arrive. 😊
