As @crypto.piotr wrote, it takes a lot of time to work on both chains especially if you want ot answer all the comments. In addition if you have many different accounts, this makes it almost impossible to do. My strategy is to move the interaction little by little to Hive.
In my opinion because of the stalemate that was opposing steemit to the witnesses, a huge majority of coins are staked on both blockchains. Many powerful users are however powering down and as soon as the coins will be available, they will sell steem. This means that they will take away their delegations and also their upvotes which in the long term will make it less interesting to post on steem.

For my project @help.venezuela for example, most of the big delegations were taken away for this reason. They are still on Hive however. So it makes more sense for the people supported by the project and also for myself to concentrate on hive.
