Have you tried a SplinterFest event in your dCity?

It's a new event introduced to the dCity game (a game where you can ean passive income based on your gameplay decisions) You get a bunch of perks including chance to get "Gamer" cards. So far I've got 1 card giving me 1 population & no negative buffs.

There's a 2% chance to win a DICE Pack which cost 3000 DEC (2700 DEC with Guild discount). The SplinterFest event only cost 500 DEC.
