What is more important for you while selecting a person or leader
In my opinion all of the above is a great answer but the problem is that no one is complete. I remember the quote of warren Buffet and I agree with his wording that Integrity is the most desireable thing. If the person has lack of integrity the other two characteristic will kill you. What is your my opinion my friends?

That's why we have Religions...
I don't think there can be a leader (or a person in general) that has excellent integrity while being too "stupid and weak" at the same time. I think integrity and stupidity (and weakness) would normally contradict each other.

Intelligence is necessary, but should we expect that it will be used for good? Energy is also necessary, but then a wise leader can properly delegate tasks to his or her subordinates, and take a rest when needed.
