Hello amazing people of the Hive Music Community. I’m @akwash360 and I’m delighted to share my presentation for the music festival week 126 round 3, where I will be doing a cover of the song “Kai Ne Ribana” which simply means “You’re My Reward”. It’s a gospel music originally sang by Jeffrey Joe who happens to be a gospel singer from the northern part of Nigeria.

This first time I heard this song was when I visited a friend and we decided to go to his church on a Sunday morning. The song was ministered by the choir group in the church during their song ministration. I really enjoyed their ministration that day, that I had to tell my friend to get me the song from one of the choir members, which he did. Since then, I’ve fall in love with song. The lyrics of the song is so impactful and the singer together with his team did a great job in composing this track.

I like the pattern of music, the way the song is structured and also the instrumentals of the song is just so great. I must say that Jeffrey joe and his team are good at what they do and they delivered the song as expected.

I’ve also witnessed his life performance while in school and to be honest I’m inspired by his zeal for the work of God. He’s a personate gospel minister who is committed to doing the work of the father at all cost. And the way he sings with all passion is something worth emulating.

With a grateful heart I chose to do the cover of this song with the hope and expectation that it will bless you richly. I would also encourage everyone to also watch the original song so that you will be blessed just as I am.

Thank you for going through my entry for the week in this community an I hope you enjoyed it.

See the lyrics below:
Bazan kira sunanka inji kunya ba
(I won’t call upon your name and be ashamed)
Bazan kira sunanka in sha Kunya
(I won’t call upon your name and be put to shame)
Bazan yi maka yabo in JI kunya ba
(I can’t Worship you and be put to shame)
Kaine Riba Na
(you’re my reward)
Kaine Waka na
(you’re my song)
Kaine haske na Mai cheto
(you’re my light my saviour)
Ooh oh oh oh oh
Ooh oh oh oh oh
Ooh oh oh oh oh
Ooh oh oh oh oh
