Feliz y bendecido fin de semana para todos y todas, espero que la estén pasando muy bien, esta es la semana numero 30 del festival musical de la colmena, donde cada semana se nos brinda la oportunidad de poder expresarnos a través de la música, y de conocer grandes talentos, forjando así, lazos de amistad, en el marco del respeto, la union y la paz!
Este décimo ciclo que cierra esta semana hemos visto grandes talentos presentándose, lo cual significa una difícil tarea para nuestro jurado al tener que seleccionar ganadores entre tantas presentaciones de calidad.
Es para mi de mucho agrado traerles hoy mi presentación , con la cual cierro este ciclo el cual realize cantando y ejecutando en el cuatro, que es uno de los instrumentos que me apasionan , y el cantar es algo para mi realmente gratificante.
En publicaciones anteriores compartir un instrumental en el arpa de la cancion "Palmarito" del reconocido canta-autor venezolano Jorge Guerrero, y en esta ocasión la ejecutare en el cuatro y cantare.
Esta cancion pertenece al album "El nuevo grito del Guerrero que fue lanzado en el año 1997, y que rápidamente gozo de la aceptación del publico, convirtiéndose así en un éxito musical para el reconocido cantante; quien en su letra expresa su deseo de volver a recorrer las calles del pueblo que lleva el nombre de la cancion; y describe la belleza de su paisaje , sus ríos, caños y resalta la belleza de las mujeres que allí viven !
Esta cancion, es una de las primeras que aprendí a interpretar en mis clases de arpa, creo que porque es una de las favoritas de mi maestro arpista, Larry Cudemus, y, realmente me ha gustado mucho, su letra y su melodía, por ello, a pesar de ya haberla compartido en el arpa, quise cantarla y ejecutarla en el cuatro!

Happy and blessed weekend to all of you, I hope you are having a great time, this is the 30th week of La Colmena Music Festival, where every week we are given the opportunity to express ourselves through music, and to meet great talents, thus forging bonds of friendship, in the framework of respect, union and peace!
This tenth cycle that closes this week we have seen great talents performing, which means a difficult task for our jury to select winners among so many quality presentations.
It gives me great pleasure to bring you today my presentation, with which I close this cycle, singing and performing on the cuatro, which is one of the instruments that I am passionate about, and singing is something really rewarding for me.
In previous publications I shared an instrumental on the harp of the song "Palmarito" by the renowned Venezuelan singer-songwriter Jorge Guerrero, and this time I will perform it on the cuatro and sing it.
This song belongs to the album "El nuevo grito del Guerrero" which was released in 1997, and quickly enjoyed the acceptance of the public, thus becoming a musical success for the renowned singer; who in his lyrics expresses his desire to return to walk the streets of the town that bears the name of the song; and describes the beauty of its landscape, its rivers, streams and highlights the beauty of the women who live there!
This song is one of the first I learned to interpret in my harp lessons, I think because it is one of the favorites of my harpist teacher, Larry Cudemus, and I really liked its lyrics and melody, so, despite having already shared it on the harp, I wanted to sing it and play it on the cuatro!
