It HAS been an awesome two weeks of immunity focus! I wrote x 4 posts only because we are LIVING the immunity issues in our household (probably more than most) and it's always easiest to blog about what we're actually doing, living & thinking.

Cold Showers? Wim may be a countryman and have a worldwide following, but I experience cold showers as an unnecessary violence. shudder
I'm looking fwd to leading the challenge next 2 weeks and taking this immunity thing one step further....
