It's such a gorgeous colour, no? Appreciating this gorgeous healing flower, which (as you can see from the image) grows ABUNDANTLY in my Thai garden. I took this pic yesterday for my June Garden Journal post which will publish later today. I pick flowers EVERYday and also collect seeds for sharing - we love it also for adding to rice sometimes when we have guests, and for pretty blue-purple Thai desserts with coconut & lemongrass. I make my butterfly tea with dried lemongrass from my garden and also usually dried white turmeric. YUM.

It's good to know you're having this in your desserts. I haven't seen a white turmeric yet but one thing for sure, Asian recipes are similar with varied ingredients that made the difference. All in all, they're all good.
There are plants that are almost wild without knowing that they're just what you need! Am glad I joined this community. Lots of things to know yet.
