I think there is a reason why its called Sun Salutations in Yoga. For what I interepret it is it’s best to practice yoga when the sun rises or the sun is setting. The light from the sun during it’s rise is known to be a great source of vitamin D which is very essential for our existence and aside from that it’s also beautiful. Some if not most people prefer to practice early in the moring before or during sunrise. Preferably outdoor that you can feel the sunlight touches your skin. I often practice around that time but if I can’t show up to the mat on the morning, I tend to do it on the afternoon just right before the sun sets.
It is even more inspiring to practice whenever you have the sunset view especially with the beautiful color it creates to the sky like a painting. I am grateful to withess such beauty and to gain the energy from its light. What do you think about this beauty?

When you do yoga, it is as if you want to pour out all your pain and sorrow!
At sunrise and sunset, you seem to be absorbed in yoga, feeling that perhaps the moment is the end of your life! 😯Dear amigo @asasiklause !
From my point of view you probably forget all your sorrows, pains and stresses while doing yoga!😯
Yoga makes me happy
That is good!
Good asanas, beautifull photos. Greetings @asasiklause
