Hello friends..
This time I tried to join plant power cooking challenged by @justinparke @naturalmedicine @lotusshares
I chose to make something spinach-based that would add recipes #plantbased #vegan to try at home.

Kali ini aku mencoba untuk join plant power cooking challenged by @justinparke
Aku memilih untuk membuat sesuatu makanan berbahan dasar bayam yang akan menambah resep #plantbased #vegan untuk dicoba dirumah.

Spinach is my family's favorite vegetable, so a few weeks ago I tried to grow it in a hydroponic garden at home.

Bayam merupakan sayuran favorit keluargaku, sehingga beberapa pekan lalu aku mencoba untuk menanamnya di kebun hidroponik diteras rumah.

Alhamdulillah, at the announcement of challenged plant power cooking week #9 I've harvested spinach so I can use for the basic ingredients challenged this time.

Alhamdulillah, pada saat pengumuman challenged plant power cooking week #9 aku sudah panen bayam sehingga dapat ku gunakan untuk bahan dasar challenged kali ini.

Let's harvest spinach first

After harvesting spinach on the porch, I thought about making something from the ingredients in the kitchen.
This time I want to make steamed tofu and spinach without using oil. Its so healty..

Setelah panen bayam di teras rumah, aku berfikir untuk membuat sesuatu dari bahan yang ada di dapur.
Kesempatan kali ini aku ingin membuat tofu dan bayam yang di kukus tanpa menggunakan minyak. Lebih sehat bukan..

Bahan yang diperlukan:

  • Spinach /Bayam
  • Tofu /Tahu
  • Shallots /Bawang merah
  • Garlic / Bawang putih
  • Chilli / Cabai merah
  • Coriander /Ketumbar bubuk
  • Salt /Garam
  • Oregano
  • Banana Leaves / Daun pisang
  • Water / Air untuk kukusan

Step:

  • First, cut into small pieces of spinach and puree the tofu in one container. / * Pertama, potong kecil kecil bayam dan haluskan tofu dalam satu wadah*

  • Puree shallots, garlic, red chilies. Combine with spinach and tofu. / Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai merah. Campurkan bersama bayam dan tofu.

  • Put coriander powder, salt and oregano into the dough. / Masukkan ketumbar bubuk, garam dan oregano kedalam adonan.

  • Mix well. / Aduk hingga merata.

  • Take banana leaves, put tofu and spinach dough on banana leaves and then wrapped. / Ambil daun pisang, letakkan adonan tahu dan bayam diatas daun pisang dan kemudian di balut.

  • Key banana leaves with toothpicks. / Kunci daun pisang dengan tusuk gigi
  • Put water in the steamer, steam the dish until cooked. / Masukkan air kedalam tempat kukusan, kukus hidangan hingga matang.

  • Dishes ready to be served. / Hidangan siap disajikan.

You can try this food at home as a #plantbased so as not to get bored.

Very interesting dish, thanks for sharing chef. In Cambodia there are also very similar cooking techniques making use of banana leaves to steam things. I really like what you've done here, so creative.
