I think it's great that you are trying to write to get rid of anxiety, reading your post I notice that you mention the snow and the cold, and what if I told you that your anxiety problems can disappear with cold and breathing?
I've always been an anxious person since I'm usually very sensitive to the energy of the environment, but one thing that has worked for me a lot is the wim hof breathing methods, you can read their story to understand a little more of what I'm talking about. You can also start with a short 15 min video and practice it 3 times a day. Please let me know if it works for you.
