Nature immersion is a panacea for emotional distress, because it accesses the causal point of personal, collective and generational suffering.
This cognitive, cultural separation from Source, Sustenance and Nurturance is a major causal point of fear, anger and grief that is perceived as individual suffering…just as a child would suffer when separated from its mother. It feels personal and it feels lonely, yet we are all affected by this separation in some way.
Nature has her gradual and organic way of mending the fracture in the felt sense of interconnectedness.
This Collective Source Amnesia can reverse course in an instant as we immerse in natural springs, put our bare feet into fertile soil and be still long enough for the dragon flies and hummingbirds to whisper this Truth.

for this very reason I chose to live surrounded by nature. it is just outside our doorstep, day and night and little more. trees whispering in the wind, bird song is what often wakes us up in the morning.
full immersion. literally.
So peaceful, thanks! =)
