What an amazing transformation! I am so glad that this low carb diet has worked for you. I know it must be hard to avoid the temptation of cookies and I agree that sausage or cheese are much better alternatives - the fat and protein will give you much more energy that sugary carbs ever will.

Exactly, at least I don't feel like it, it's a question of re-education really. The important thing is continuity, some slip-ups do happen, but nothing that brings me down :)
