I have been washing ours and keeping them in the fridge or cold storage room, but with our coop in the works they don't have a great perch right now and most of them come in needing a bath. Side note: I also use painters tape and duct tape to label everything. Ha ha! -Aimee

Oh, and when the first two were little I used to wipe down shopping cart handles all the time. I just couldn't handle watching then suck on shopping carts. Barf. The ONE TIME I didn't, they ended up with Roseola but guess what, they survived! -A
Oh gross. Ya city germs freak me out way more than farm germs. haha
Wow I'm so late replying! I've been so busy outside and haven't been online much! hahaha, you like that duct tape label? I ran out of painters tape, but both work great!
