Hello everyone! Today I join the Plant-Based Cooking Challenge with a delicious traditional Venezuelan dish the cachapas.

It is a preparation with products that nature offers us, very simple to prepare and delicious to enjoy with the family. Let's start the preparation.

Corn has many beneficial properties for our body so it is very good to consume it. It helps to fight cell aging because it is a great source of antioxidants. It contains fiber, zing and proteins, it also provides the daily folate required so it is highly recommended for pregnant women. It helps protect cardiovascular health. Prevents anemia due to its high iron content. This is why corn should be part of our diet.

Ingredients:

🌽10 shelled corn cobs
🌽2 small onions
🌽2 small bell peppers
🌽1 head of garlic
🌽Salt to taste
🌽A pinch of baking soda
🌽2 tablespoons of wheat flour
🌽1 tablespoon sunflower oil

Preparation:

-We put the corn in the blender.

I've heard of cachapas before, but I've never seen them. Now I know what they are. Looks like a very delicious savory treat. Reminds me a bit of an omelet, very creative! Love the GIFs too!
