RE: Iron for our health: Why and how to source?

Low iron is a big risk for a lot of people (including myself!) Thanks to a blood test a few months back, I found out my levels were way lower than I would've thought. Started doubling my supplement level, and also found out an interesting piece of info: taking iron on an empty stomach is when it's most easily absorbed by the body. Nowadays, instead of taking mine in the morning, I take it a few hours after dinner before bed. Testing levels in two weeks to see if my plan has worked at all lol. Great post!
