Lovely stuff brother, i really like it, you are some man!
I think i will try ACV, i do drink it and use it a lot and buying 6 euro bottle every so often it ads to your bills at the end of the month, and i do eat a lot of apples so it should be no problem. I dont drink alcohol at all so i will give the others a miss, maybe get some of that vodka liquor as i know it helps with digestion problems(my grandma used to make them).
Have you ever tried to make kombucha? Its really easy and it has a lot of beneficial effects, i do them every week or so....from all my research about it - i think it decalcify your pineal gland which is important in my opinion.....
Anyway, enjoy your beverages when they are ready and thanks for all the receipts and effort you put into making such amazing posts!
Peace and Love!

Love it when I hear things like that! Yes, the man on that website I mentioned in this post said something similar. Back in the day it was common practice to have a spoon of this kind of alcohol infusion (in a glass of water) just prior to meals, as you say, to aid with digestion. He also suggested using the shells of the hazelnuts in place of the nuts themselves. Apparently even more potency but less flavour. Need to try that one next...
I haven't tried kombucha yet. Thanks for the reminder! It has been on the list for some time. Do you have any posts to describe the process? I like to imagine my pineal gland has been fully de-calcified already (since I learned about that subject over ten years ago) but it can't hurt to keep the cleansing going.
All the best!
Yea, old knowledge is the key i think, we use that alcohol not as preventive measure but when we had some digestion issues(i guess preventing its not bad idea too) and the way we got it served was with a spoon full of sugar but i think it doesnt make much different...Christmas is coming and a lot of food will be eaten, so might be idea to try it out....i think i have a little bit of it from my wifes grandma left so will give it a go, why not....
In relation to kombucha - i dont have any posts about it but you gave me an idea to actually make one, im due to make some kombucha over the weekend(it takes about a week to have it ready to drink) so stay tunned and i will share how i do it....its quite simple....
Till the next time brother!
