Birth and labor are naturally impactful medicine that I have both endured and enjoyed.
Having 3 totally different experiences in birthing, I am able to love and understand the body, the spirit, and the mind in their coexistence.
Roughly 400 days ago, I was accompanied by my most magnificent soul partner, in welcoming our latest Star Seed child to his first Earth breath.
We birthed our son, naturally, with none other than the prostaglandins that induced labor, and confidence and trust in ourselves and what our body can do.
I am reminded on how magical the body is, to say the least.
I am adept to the body's natural healing abilities just by seemingly minute bumps and bruises; but then to add birth and labor, I have learned the extremities of what the human body can endure.
We all can tap into the potential to transmute energy from pain to pleasure.
Breath is where it begins, as well as where it ends.
