My wife had recommended the switch from normal breakfast cereal to granola.
We were able to get 2 packets from our local supermarket yesterday but it was out of stock for a period since many families may have stored up excessive food due to Covid-19.

Granola is a mixture of different types of natural products like nuts, oats and it can come in different flavours. Some may include seeds, dried fruits, spices and many other types of grains.

In short, my personal take is to have everything in moderation as excessive intake of anything even if it is a natural product, it can have side effect.
