COOKING VEGETABLE PEYTAI FAT / PLANTBASED COOKING CHALLENGED.

Cooking is one of the activities carried out every day by humans around the world, by cooking we can serve a variety of food menus for the needs of daily life.

Today I cooked PEYTAI FAT, this vegetable is a mixture of papaya and petai which is processed using natural spices, this food is very good for consumption in everyday life for the health of the body. This is because the ingredients in this delicious dish are processed using nutritious spices.

I will give a few ways to process foods that are rich in vitamins and nutrients, here's how the process of serving FAT PEYTAI food:

The first process we do to cook is to prepare various kitchen utensils, these utensils are certainly important, without kitchen utensils we cannot process a dish into food. The equipment that must be prepared is:
Cooking pot.
Cooking stove.
Tablespoon.
Tablespoon.
Plate.
Blender.
Knife.
Cutting board.
Vegetable plate.
Fruit Grate.
And other kitchen utensils needed.

After the process of preparing kitchen utensils is complete, the next step is to prepare the ingredients for cooking needs to be processed into spices in this dish. The ingredients that I use to cook PEYTAI FAT are as follows:

Pawpaw.
Petai.
Red chili pepper.
Cayenne pepper.
Red onion.
Garlic.
Tomatoes.
Candlenut.
Bay leaf.
Galangal.
Turmeric.
Coconut milk.
Salt.
Sugar.
Water.
Cooking oil.
Tempe.

After the ingredients are ready, then the ingredients or spices are washed first until they are clean. After the ingredients have been prepared, I will process these ingredients for cooking spices for this food, besides that, I will also serve this dish into delicious food.

The first thing I do is chop or slice papaya, red chili, cayenne pepper, onion, garlic. After that wash and drain the papaya that has been cut or sliced ​​earlier, for cooking this food use papaya fruit that is not too young and too old.

After that puree the cooking ingredients such as red chili, cayenne pepper, garlic, onion, and candlenut. I smooth the ingredients using a blender that has been prepared, do it until the ingredients are really smooth.

After the seasoning process is complete, what I do is mix or cook this dish into delicious food. The first thing to do is to stir-fry the ingredients that have been mashed using enough cooking oil, stir until evenly distributed, then add enough turmeric to mix well.

If it is cooked add enough water then add red chili, add salt and water. Stir evenly until cooked, if the process has been completed add water as a food gravy, stir until evenly distributed. Then enter the galangal and bay leaves, wait until the water boils.

If it's boiling, add the tempeh and petai to taste or as needed, if the tempeh is ripe, add enough papaya, stir until evenly distributed, wait until the food is completely cooked. When the papaya is ripe, pour enough coconut milk and wait for the food to be completely cooked.

When serving the dish, don't forget to taste it so that we know what the dish lacks in taste.

If the food is cooked, serve this FAT PEYTAI food on a vegetable plate to eat, I usually enjoy this food at lunch. PEYTAI FAT is one of my favorite foods and my family's, almost all of my family members are able to mix foods that are rich in these nutrients and vitamins.
