Really nice! And yes, it's generally best to take care of our health through our own means. I think doctors would have a lot easier time not only in Medical School (which is a tremendously stressful environment, by the accounts of every doctor I've met), but in their professional careers, if people only went to see them for major ailments or serious emergencies, while treating their simpler issues with herbal remedies, generally better nutrition, exercise and mindful practices.

You are very right, I think so. Of course, we should go to the doctor in serious illnesses. We can protect our health with natural methods in every living home with exercise and a healthy diet.
