I was just yesterday recommending to my son who is going to be travelling a fair bit over the next couple of months that he take Echinacea, Vit C and ZincIm headed to Portugal via a few high risk areas in three weeks.. ill be dosing up on that VItC and Zinc.. i think i finished my Echinacea!.. pumpkin seeds are good for zinc right?
