Pinapples are a tasty tropical fruit packed with nutrients, just like other fruits pineapple is rich in vitamin c which can build the immunity of the body, fight bacteria and also help with cough.
today i will be talking about the health benefit of pineapple peel.
It is set as a vision protector
it helps in battling degenerative eye diseases like glaucoma
It also reduces eye pain
Today I will be teaching us on how to prepare a juice with the pineapple peels that is equally good for the eye.
Of course hygiene is always very important so it is necessary that the first process to follow was to wash.
- Wash the pineapple thoroughly
- Peel the pineapple
- Set the body aside
- Put the peels in a container that has a strong lead(cover)
which i used a custard pail
- Add water till it flows over the peels
- Close the container tight
The reason your closing the container is to prevent air from coming in to it.
soak the peels for about 3 days
Do not open till after three (3) days
After three days the pineapple peals will ferment
Then you sieve out the juice into a cup
Then you can add sugar for it to taste,
Well this is what have been using to tackle my eye problem
Best served chill
NOTE:IT CONTAIN A LITTLE AMOUNT OF ALCOHOL
