Processing Beans Into Delicious Food / Plant-based Cooking Challenge.
Beans are one of the vegetables that are rich in protein, these vegetables are green in color resembling long beans and have high nutrients that are very beneficial for health.
This plant is very well consumed by women who are pregnant, green beans are believed to be able to maintain the health of the fetus, besides that it is also able to nourish the heart, lose weight and improve digestion.
Beans are widely consumed by processing into food vegetables, vegetables originating from Latin America are widely processed into dishes by means of stir-fry. Vegetable beans are a side dish for rice during the day and night, even this dish is often found at weddings, thanksgiving and other big events.
Today I help my mother to process green beans into food by cooking, beans are processed by frying, but as a complement we use eggs for additional ingredients to make this food even more delicious. My writing this time follows the #plantbased cooking challenge every week by @justinparke and there are several steps in the process of processing this food so that it becomes a healthy food, here's how to cook stir-fried green beans.
When we were in the kitchen, my mother and I immediately prepared the utensils for cooking, we washed all the utensils first. I also checked whether the gas was still available, and when all the equipment was complete we were ready to go to work in the kitchen.
Next we prepare the ingredients needed to mix stir-fried green beans, as for the ingredients needed in the form of:
Beans.
Carrot.
Red onion.
Garlic.
Chilli.
Cayenne pepper.
Pepper.
Sugar.
Salt.
Cooking oil.
Water.
Egg.
Provide these ingredients as needed, but today we add enough eggs as a complementary ingredient to make this food even more delicious. Wash the ingredients first until they are clean and hygienic, it is better if the vegetable ingredients are selected with the best quality or still in a fresh state.
After washing, cut or slice the prepared ingredients one by one, use a sharp knife when you want to cut the vegetables. Cut or slice into small pieces according to the desired taste, for the number of vegetables you can measure according to taste. After the vegetables are sliced, it is better to wash them first to make them cleaner and more hygienic.
If these stages have been completed then prepare the equipment for cooking, the first thing to do is heat the pan with cooking oil, for the cooking fire it is better not to be too big, this is so that the food does not burn or burn. Omelet for a complementary dish of this dish until cooked.
The first step is to add the garlic, then add the red onion, stir until evenly distributed, then add the cayenne pepper, stir until evenly distributed. If the aroma of the three ingredients smells good, then add the carrots and stir until evenly distributed, add a little water to make the food cook quickly, add the red chilies and stir until evenly distributed. Finally, add the green beans and add sugar, salt, pepper to taste, stir until evenly distributed. Then add the eggs that have been in the omelet, stir until evenly distributed.
