Good morning, today I would like to talk about a topic that is important to me, the food supplement market has grown a lot in recent years but unfortunately this has not always led to an improvement in people's health, especially companies competing for the highest dosage at the lower price have often led consumers to suffer from adverse reactions even to generally natural and safe substances, such as vitamin C
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin essential for many physiological functions, synthesis of hormones, collagen, amino acids etc.
The supplement market today offers real bombs (1000mg or more per day), really, really high dosages... What do you risk?

Great post! I am always hesitant to try vitamin c supplements. I just dont see how eating vitamin c out of a bag could be better than from fresh fruits and veggies.
