5 Cooling Foods to Boost your Health This Summer

*******************

Greetings Hivers & Natural Medicine Followers! My name is Scott and I'm new here, just looking for a place to publish on the topic of Eastern medicine and health in general. To learn more about me click "About Me" at the bottom of the page.

I hope everyone is staying cool this summer, what a scorcher it's been so far.🌞😎 I love educating my patients, and one way I do this is by informing them about the inherent qualities of food and how it can benefit them. Hope you enjoy!
