Amantes de lo natural hoy le traigo está planta de albahaca morada , porque hay también la albahaca blanca la cual aquí en donde Vivo utilizamos la blanca más en la comida, y la albahaca morada la usamos como medicina. La albahaca morada yo la utilizo desde mucho tiempo desde que mis hijos eran bebé, cuándo le daban fiebre yo hacia una infusión ; montaba una caserola con aguas y la colocaba al fuego, dejaba hervir y luego apagamos el fuego, colocaba dentro del agua caliente las hojas o ramas de la albahaca y la tapaba para que el calor del agua caliente absolva los componentes de las hojas o ramas, al estar tibia le daba a mí hijo a tomar como un té y al pasar las horas veía el resultado. Está planta tiene componentes como antibióticos y desinflamatoria, uno de mis hijos las pastillas no le funcionó por eso siempre mantengo está planta en mí casa aunque ya mis hijos están grandes no dejo de hacer de vez en cuando el té y ahora tengo una nieta Hermosa cuando ella le dan fiebre también la utilizamos para ella, bueno tiene mucho huso sin más asta otra oportunidad Dios les Bendiga grandemente 🙋.
