When I newly saw my heart diagnosis, I started practising relaxation breathing, deep breathing with the nostrils because of my high heart rate and at the end of the day, breathing through the nose is much better.

Yeah for sure! It's unfortunate to hear of your heart issues but glad that you've understood ways that we can learn to cope and manage with it. It's important that we do things ourselves and not rely on medicine or doctors for everything!
Exactly, it's right, sometimes it's us who can mostly do the best for ourselves when it comes to health. Learning is important, exposure to new knowledge as well.
