We used to have a killer beet dealer in Cambodia and a cold-press juicer, and it was a great combo indeed. Our beet days are done for now here in Suriname, but I look forward to red-stained lips and fingers again one day. They are packed full of so much goodness, and pickled beets are the bee's knees.
