I can appreciate the chefery even though I'm a vegan. We definitely don't discourage meat recipes within #naturalmedicine, but it's important that these kinds of posts have some sort of health element, like free-range, locally produced, etc.
Canned ham and commercial are not exactly the most healthy or natural foods, so something like this might be better suited for Foodies. Thanks for understanding, love the vibes you all bring to the community.
