Certainly caffeine is the not best way, but I'm guilty myself of switching back to this method during the pandemic. In Cambodia, I used to wake up every day with two coconuts and bicycle ride.

Ohhh yes why not cold coconut? I must try your tips 😍 I do cycling but when I get back I feel sleepy again 😅 that's obviously lack of water
