Before we start making, make sure the egg is clean and free of cracks.
Ingredients and Tools:
- 1 Cup Refined Salt or Rock Salt
- 2 to 3 cup of water
- Big Plastic Jar
Simple Procedure
1. In a plastic jar, pour a cup of salt and mix. Make sure the salt dissolves well.
2. Using a spoon, gently place the eggs in the jar. Expect it to float.
3. After all the eggs have been placed and before they are covered with a lid, cover them with plastic before the main cover.
4. Finished! Store in a safe place and wait 30 days before removing from the jar and stew.
