A turmeric smoothie is the perfect way to kickstart your day. Tropical fruits are blended with immune-boosting ingredients to create a deliciously healthy drink. It’s creamy, naturally sweet, and will have you feeling good from the inside out.

Nice combination. I like mine with fresh lime & mint and yes, we use only fresh coconut milk. Prefer mine NOT sweet. A fresh pasisonfruit adds some real ZING too, to a bit of fresh pineapple.
that shake looks delicious. I love mango/turmeric/cinnamon smoothies in the summer. Just planted some turmeric in the greenhouse!
Thank you very much for sharing my post!!
Yum, this sounds amazing and I imagine it kicks a lovely kick too. It is always good to add black pepper as it activates the healing properties of turmeric, not sure how it would taste with this though, but would be worth trying out. Thanks so much for sharing, I will definitely be trying it out xx

Thanks for reminding me, not for the first time, to get my hands on some fresh turmeric. I am a big ginger fan and also use loads of kurkuma ( but the latter sits in a little jar ). The coconut milk ice-cubes also sound like clever little things that I'd love to have in my fridge.
All in all, this sounds and looks amazing. Thanks for sharing this with us. Your style of writing and especially your humor is highly appreciated too. I thought this was just another turmuric recipe but I was pleasantly surprised.
Thank you!💚
