RE: Balance, Not Excess

Thanks for sharing this with us and I hope you manage to feel and get better. Keep adapting and keep leveling up. You got it! We don't need to grow old and get sicker and sicker. I will be 40 in October and my aim is to get fitter and fitter over the years. My grandmom ( who lived till 93 ) was healthy up till two years prior to that, when dementia slowly took over. She survived a WW2 bombing in 1944 ( The Hague ), where she got badly injured and lost her father. In the 36 years that I got to know her, she hardly ever got sick. A true example.

That’s wonderful to hear your grandmother did so well! I got to get to know my great grandfather which was great, we got some pictures with the 4 generations years ago, he lived until I was in my early 20’s so I got to spend some great time with him.

Trying to figure things out, I think I’ve got Lyme disease but more on that lovely tidbit later!

It’s all about our diet as hard as it is to remember that sometimes. When we keep a good diet going, we become incredibly healthy and don’t need most of the western allopathic stuff!
