Sound like you've had some nasty experience when you were younger. I hear some people take Tumeric powder with milk in the morning, sounds a bit weird but my friend swears by it, but obviously her issues aren't as serious as yours. Glad it's working for you

It has done wonders. Oddly there's been loads of other benefits as well. I never really give a damn what I look like as it's the same old ugly mug its always been, but the turmeric caused really clear skin. I also just feel better in general which I didn't expect. My target was the arthritic discomfort, but the supplement seems to have a large number of different effects which have been amazing. Your mate is spot on in swearing by it. The main down side is costs. I grew up over in the states in the deep south as one side of my family is American, and I worked briefly in our health care system there. Health care is a big issue in the poorer areas as most don't have insurance. When one thinks of the cost of care versus the cost of prevention and self treatment then the cost of the turmeric supplement doesn't seem so bad.
