Sandwich Monday: avocado eggplant (ENG/ PT/ DE)

What can you always do when you have not enough time ? Right, sandwiches.

The recipe is super easy, crush the avocado and add some salt, pepper and lemon. Then cut the eggplant into slices and fry in olive oil. Toast the bread or even fry it. It is ready.

O que se pode fazer sempre que não se tem tempo suficiente? Certo, sanduíches.

A receita é super fácil, esmague o abacate e adicione um pouco de sal, pimenta e limão. Depois, corte a beringela em fatias e frite em azeite de oliva. Torrar o pão ou mesmo fritá-lo. Está pronto.

Was kann man sich in der Eile immer schnell machen? Richtig, Sandwiches.

Das Rezept ist super einfach, Avocado zermatschen und etwas Salz, Pfeffer und Zitrone dazugeben. Dann die Aubergine in Scheiben schneiden und in Olivenöl anbraten. Das Brot toasten oder auch anbraten. Fertig ist es.
