Hi, just a heads up that what's in your pictures where you talk about cilantro (Coriandrum sativum) is not cilantro. I'm not sure what it is, but just double check what you're consuming before consuming it and telling others it can be consumed.

But the one I mention is an herb native to tropical America, it is Eryngium foetidum, which is also known as cimarron, alcapate, coriander or recao, as well as coriander, tropical coriander and coriander.
