I prefer Polarity, but I've used TradeOgre also. TO is a centralized exchange, so it's a bit slower. Polarity is faster with lower fees and your wallet is non-custodial. If you're cool with large transactions, Changelly is very easy to use.
You'll need a pirate wallet as well so you can store your funds out of anyone else's hands. Not your keys, not your coins, remember.
