Hello again, dear Hivers! Here we are, the Solstice is behind us and the Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius is in full swing. We're en route straight to Christmas Day and the New Year. Can you feel the huge energy expansion taking place right now? How are you using it? I for one took the opportunity offered by this Conjunction to begin manifesting what I want to see in my personal and collective reality, for my country and the world. Anyone who has engaged in conscious manifestation can attest to its power and also the effort involved, so I woke up today feeling a bit out of sorts, nothing big, but palpable.
I didn't need to go far with the curation, most of the posts I picked today come from our very own community, and they're all not only quite useful as always, but singularly well-presented and written, even for our authors' usual standards. While the topics below may seem varied, they all have one essential principle: harnessing our personal power to improve wellness not only for ourselves, but for the entire world.
Since this December 21st was possibly the most important date of this year from an energy standpoint, it's appropriate to open this curation with a couple of posts focusing on it. First, we have this post by @julescape, providing some astrological, historical and mythological background for the observances of this day, and the powerful conjunctions taking place in it.
Solstice Day - Jupiter + Saturn, Mercury + Sun
Then, in a more spiritual vibe, we have this contribution by @atimkaranezi93 (the second of a series) regarding the shift in consciousness signaled by these awesome events. He speaks to all of us in the world whose task it is to increase general awareness, healing our species and civilization through disciplined practices for self-betterment and vibrational elevation.
Lightworkers and the Great Reset
The use of music and its effectiveness in rituals of all kinds isn't new, but there are always new perspectives from which to approach the combination of sound and spellcraft. This is what @traciyork brings in this publication: a short list of songs she uses to set the mood for magical work and an invitation to share the tunes we use for this purpose.
Power-raising songs for a witchy Wednesday
Much has been written and said about how challenging this year has been for all of us, regardless of location, age or gender. But right now, I think it's important to focus less on the troubles we've faced and more on the teachings we've had. In this lovely post, @lizelle shares with us the insights she's extracted from 2020's virus-fueled frenzy, along with some great ideas for Christmas presents.
Pandemic Lessons - Gifts straight from the heart
What constitutes a healing practice? In my view, most activities can be used for healing as long as they're done from the heart, with proper respect and responsibility. Some people like to engage in active healing through decrees and specific actions, but others prefer a more passive approach. In this contribution filled with beautiful images, @orianabrels tells us about her view on Contemplation.
Is contemplation really healing?
And speaking of Contemplation, just take a look at the wonderful use of color in @laurabell's painting here. She too has a particular approach to healing, and accomplishes it by expressing her emotions and thoughts on a canvas with vibrant and powerful strokes. You could spend hours observing her work and it wouldn't be at all a waste of your time.
I named this painting "Laying it on thick"
Emotional exploration isn't easy, and it can be terribly frightening if we're not ready to compromise and truly dismantle our patterns, most of which aren't even our own, but rather remnants of our family's history and ancestry. @alejandramonzon exhorts us here to see our fear not as an obstacle but rather as a tool for self-discovery, providing us with a few strategies to this end.
Fear - Fuel or Anchor? You choose!
Do you practice any kind of martial art? Are you interested in combat as a way of exercise? Well, @perkysleen has some interesting insights for you regarding his own Karate practice: it's not just about the body, but also about the mind and the spirit. He also offers us a bit of the historical background behind this art, which serves as a platform for spiritual exploration.
Is Karate a spiritual path?
Christmas usually brings huge celebrations packed with delicious food and drink, with the obvious consequence of less than ideal sleep cycles and physical training. On the subject of fitness, here we have this amazing routine by @plantstoplanks, which you can add to your existing workout or begin anew, as a support to keep in top-notch condition throughout the season and into the coming year.
Twelve days of Core-mas!
I've never been in a truly cold place. The closest I've come to freezing temperatures has been 10°C, so I have no idea what it is to go for a swim in a frozen lake, but evidently, @furious-one isn't only accustomed to it, but eager to do it even in the cloudiest, murkiest of days. He says there are great health benefits in doing this, what do you think? I think I'd try it just for the thrill of it.
Ice pit of Maidla
In every curation, we reward one of our delegators as a 5% beneficiary. This week I randomly chose @richardcrill

tokens. This was such an amazingly magical shout out - especially coming the day after the solstice & all the other goings on in the Universe. Thank you so much, @naturalmedicine & brightest of blessings to everyone as we close out one year and start anew!
It's been quite a ride, hasn't it? I'm so excited for what's coming, though. And I'm glad to be able to do this work here in the platform. I'm kind of an underdog, but I feel like I'm building bridges with these curations that will eventually become very tangible! Thank you for your post!
Yeah, quite a ride indeed! And building bridges is an awesome thing, so I hope you continue on - I think our blockchain home could use more of those, as well as your positive vibe. I'm exciting to at the possibility of what we're all building here. Oh and you're very welcome & thank you again!
