What a wonderful post, we need more people promoting the importance of being outside in nature and just allowing ourselves to be present and explore our surroundings. We have so many connects to make with the natural world, ones that are so beneficial to our health. I walk barefoot daily and it is what helps to keep me well. Thank you for writing this xxx
