First of all, this is an excellent write up. A good understanding of this physical body is very important, like you said about the four basic elements, all joined together is what keep the physical body in form. I have a personal practice of always eating well to nourish my body,then go out every evening when the environment is calm to get enough fresh air, like I just stroll around till I have had enough,I always take water to keep my system hydrated, 30 minutes before a meal and after a meal, before going to bed and after I wake up I drink water, in between my day to day activities I take what. For the four element, the sun always warm my day and keeps my spirit warm. Thanks for this beautiful post.
