Today I wanted to share with you a delicious drink that is very beneficial for the body.
I actually prepared this drink for my little daughter.
She is very fond of Heen naran juice.
In fact, there are many types of narans belonging to the citrus family in Sri Lanka. Among them, heen naran has a special place.
Most of the time, I give this juice to my children once a week, because these are considered to be very beneficial fruits for small children.
Immunizations are given to prevent common infectious diseases.
It is also considered to develop intelligence and memory.
This fruit was common in my grandmother's time, but it is not common now.
In the past, these are considered to be one of the medicinal drinks that were given to children.
Heen narang is good for many liver diseases and it is used as food as well as medicine.
Heen naaran 200g
π carbohydrates 26 mg
π Sodium 4mg
π protein 2 mg
π fiber 4g
It also contains iron, folate, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin k, vitamin c and many antioxidants.
This fruit is higher in vitamin C than many other fruits, it is very high in nutrition as well as disease prevention.
Medicinal value
π Due to its powerful antioxidants, wounds

π Constipation is relieved due to its high fiber content.
π Beneficial for diseases of the nervous system as well as joint disorders.
π Prevents skin wrinkles while maintaining youthful appearance.

π Prevents liver cancer and is very good for cholesterol and diabetes.
Now let's see how to make this delicious beverage.

First take heen naran and cut it in half and squeeze the juice into the glass.
STEP 02
Then add sugar and water to it and stir it a little.
