Thanks for the awesome post and this great advice about diet! It is like you said in the other post "You are what you eat"... I had a similar path as you... Always being skinny, and then got 20 kg because of bad diet and lack of exercise and moving in general...

It took me about 4 years to lose that weight, and I never got back to the same build, however I feel great now, healthier. If I had continued down that path I would most likely be sick now.
