Oh that's good to know. I just tried posting some of my homemade stuff to @minismallholding but they wouldn't allow me in the post office because i didn't have a mask. Grr.

Oh I just edited! I hadn't noticed any staining because my previous undershirts were all dark colored - but since you had mentioned it, it made me inspect them and I had a white thermal shirt that is definitely stained by it. So yeah, thanks for poking my brain with that idea.
I mean, personally I'm still going to use it, and undershirt is an undershirt, but that might change things up come summer a bit. Experimentation continues!

I did finally get a new mask that is more comfortable to wear, so I'm happy about that. Since the one I had was actually bought pre-corona and meant for the high pollution/wildfire smoke days which make me totally sick, it's an N95, but it has valves - and the valves are kinda a moot point with corona if the idea is for your outbreath to not hit anybody else. So I had made a liner, but I didn't want to sew it in and punch holes in my pollution-specific N95, so I tried holding it in place with knitting stitch markers and magnets, but it was always shifting around and driving me crazy. Then I bought a plain linen mask, but I think maybe I'm allergic to it, lol - because it made my face itch after trying it on. XD So I finally have a plain cotton one with a filter pocket. Hooray! And it does have the wire at the nose bridge, because otherwise my glasses fog.
When I worked in the infectious disease ward, we had N95s for when we had a TB patient, but you only had to wear them when you were in the room with someone who was still contagious, not all day long. I can't imagine working healthcare now and wearing those for hours at a time!
