You bring up a good point; people often don't have a full conception of what "self care" and "self love" is. Sometimes it's doing something nice like taking a long bath or buying a treat for yourself, but other times it's doing something hard like going to therapy or tackling a project that you know you'll feel better once it's done. It's not just "spoiling" yourself, it's doing what you need, and sometimes that's to relax and sometimes it's work.

Yeaah! I think I have done a lot of things (such as those you have mentioned) in the past years. It varies everytime, since I’m growing to another version of myself too.
