Given what is observed in the comment that you refer, there is nothing to answer, by NOT presenting any question, regarding the frequency of publishing (and we regret that it has not been noticed, that we do it one per day), although already exposed to our team, in the rules of the Natural Medicine community, it does not stipulate a margin of time whatsoever, likewise and apparently in the face of their discomfort and their method of overshadowing wonderful contents with comments that are out of tune with the theme raised in them, far to build knowledge and not mediate another communication system that works accordingly (the latter refers to the fact that your links to discord are expired or have expired, not allowing to apply what you invite to do).
