I always find it amusing when poeople say 'try this herb/diet/blah' to solve 'this/that/the other' forgetting there are SO many factors that influence what's good for what body, just like there's not one exercise that suits every body. We are so diverse. But I also love how you say the gut biome is absolutely important for EVERYBODY - love how there's so much more research going into this fact in last few years. Experimenting is definitely name of game - we've experimented for YEARS to try to fix my husband's stomach issues and in the end, it was just a few things in his diet that can wreak havoc (garlic and onions, and some foods during hayfever season, and a couple of nuts). Not to say we haven't had reams of advice over the years !
