I got lost reading yesterday too!!! Like any community, sometimes we have lulls but this week is a good one. I haven't posted any actual herbal medicine posts for ages.. mainly meditation or gardening, my medicine!!!
Ugh, yeah, the mask thing. Weirdly enough most people aren't wearing masks out to eat as they can't eat witj a mask.. so it's a dumb rule. I am NOT wearing one anymore and classify myself as exempt.
Isn't it funny how we delay these things? At least you've done it now and are feeling the benefits!!!!
