Para el desayuno prepare unos deliciosos panqueques de manzana y bananas.

Ingredientes | Ingredients |

2 manzanas rayadas. | 2 striped apples. |
1 banana. | 1 banana. |
1/2 Taza de avena. | 1/2 Cup oatmeal. |
1 cucharadita de canela. | 1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 pizca de sal. | 1 pinch of salt. |
Preparación:
Paso 1: Lavar muy bien las manzanas, luego de secarlas proceder a rayarlas y reservar en un envase.

Wash the apples very well, after drying proceed to scratch them and reserve in a container.
Paso 3 : Tomar la banana y la volverla puré.
Step 3 : Take the banana and puree it.
Paso 4 : Incorporas las manzanas rayadas con la banana y mezclas.

Paso 5 : Mezcla la avena, canela y pizca de sal.

Paso 6 : Calienta una sarten a fuego bajo, engrasado con aceite vegetal.
Se coloca uno a uno los panqueques.
Se deja cocinar a cada lado por 5 minutos.
Step 6: Heat a pan over low heat, greased with vegetable oil.
